2.0.9 release

This version is the first to use https://iextrading.com/ as suggested by a commenter on this blog. Much faster, and real-time capable, truly free source. Hope they keep their service up and free for long.

To provide the best experience for all our users, we monitor for suspicious activity and overload. We reserve the right to revoke access to anyone who abuses the IEX API. We throttle endpoints by IP, but you should be able to achieve over 100 requests per second

Free-Stocks-Ticker has for a long time throttled and limited access to rapid refresh due to potential issues with data source.

Changes:
* Fix support for broken XML in RSS feeds by having XML prefix without defining namespaces.
* Fix support for redirected RSS feeds which download from feedburner such as market-watch top stories

Still planning on source switch in the near future.

* Attempt to overcome url issues when include "https://"
* Resolve font size issues on high DPI monitors (4K)

As a commenter suggested future replacement source for stock data will soon be considered.
