We're back, version 2.0.0 is here

The new version is available for download and it no longer uses Yahoo as its data source. It still however relies on free data sources on the web, so it will only exist as long as those sources don't block it.

When you do attempt to install, you would have to tell windows 10 and your anti-viruses to still allow it to download/unzip/install even though it has an unknown publisher.

Yahoo delayed quotes CSV download API no longer there, what's next for Free-Stocks-Ticker?

The quotes service is not available today, judging from other things Yahoo did recently, possibly never to come back again.

Version 1.9.0 is out

2. When Control+Left-Mouse allow dragging ticker items left or right

Update: Day after, released 1.9.1, default back to not require shift, and allow option to not require control, which by default will not require control. So that now default behavior is by simple left-mouse-button allow dragging, or clicking on scrolling items... no keyboard interaction required.
