We're back, version 2.0.0 is here

The new version is available for download and it no longer uses Yahoo as its data source. It still however relies on free data sources on the web, so it will only exist as long as those sources don't block it.

When you do attempt to install, you would have to tell windows 10 and your anti-viruses to still allow it to download/unzip/install even though it has an unknown publisher.

Yahoo delayed quotes CSV download API no longer there, what's next for Free-Stocks-Ticker?

The quotes service is not available today, judging from other things Yahoo did recently, possibly never to come back again.

Yahoo's official message: It has come to our attention that this service is being used in violation of the Yahoo Terms of Service. As such, the service is being discontinued. For all future markets and equities data research, please refer to finance.yahoo.com.

I will look into alternatives and update.
