It's a question often asked, the answer is simple: Based on yahoo finance free quoting system the quotes are delayed, however refreshed on the bar often. I used to be able to grab the BATS 'presumed real time' data - however Yahoo removed that from the 'download quote' service.
One more note, a new version should come out this week including ability to sort RSS feeds into sub menu trees.
