Changes:
* Separate refresh timing for RSS from stocks
* Use seconds for stocks refresh
* Use batch web command to get quotes
* Update quotes values while they are shown
* Resolve RSS issues
* Retrieve volume information and bid/ask (quality of value depends on source)
* Fix and update title of tool-tip
